I will meet the Doctor today, I already read my Journal, and here is the summary, fingers crosse for the result after the PDMA-PET soon.
Bone scan showed unspecified irregularity in Rib nr 9, they ordered for CT scan to observe even lymph nodes.
CT scan did not mention lymph node spread but showed some sclerosis (hardening) in Rib nr 9 and around the pelvis, raising suspicion of bone metastases.
A new test soon for PSMA-PET
PSMA-PET will confirm if these sclerotic areas contain prostate cancer cells or are just benign bone changes (like arthritis).
Good morning berhe
Good luck with the scan - I do hope it comes back clear with no spread. Radiotherapy and Hormone Therapy will kill off any cancer cells and again I do hope you don't suffer from many side effects.
Best wishes - Brian.
