Hi everyone, had my prostate removed 10 weeks ago. All went well and just had my PSA results reading at 0.008. My biggest concern after the op is incontinence. I am fine throughout the night and ok 
rough the day just doing very little. If I do walks or anything physical I leak a lot .I use tena level 3 pads. I do my pelvic floor exercises everyday but seems to make no difference. My job entai walking a lot so can't return until my incontinence improves. Gets very frustrating but I know patience's is the key
