Just been diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer after an MRI Scan. Very worried.
Kind regards James.
Salve, quam vos James (I think that's right - it's rusty after 50 years).
The only time I use my scant knowledge of Latin is when I am doing the pub quiz and it comes in useful two or 3 times a year .I thought I would never use it's great for working out obscure little used words.
AH Sims! I recognise that as a computer game but as I use the blasted things all day at work that's the last thing I would be on - but each to their own and I am amazed at the number of buildings you have created.
Apart from work I only use the computer for local history/railway research. I spend the little spare time I have watching football, walking our 2 dogs, having a pint (half if my Doctor reads this) with my mates and going on holiday.
Each to their own as I say - and a dark sense of humour - nowt wrong with that - my wife tells me I make fun of everything but I have decided life is too serious these days.....
You enjoy the weekend and we will speak soon.
Best wishes
Brian.

Like everyone here will agree ( maybe ). Stop. Take a breath and talk to absolutely everyone that knows about PC.
You can also use the Psychological department who are brilliant to listen too.
I remember when I was diagnosed a year ago how shocked I was. Over time I became more “prepared “ for whatever happens.
Remember that you are not the only one and that this is survivable and with a POSITIVE attitude won’t effect you.
cry if you need to but after get up dust off and do like I do. Find a challenge. Your choice. Lie down or get up and do something productive.
here if you need anything

Hi Brian, I'm down yer in proper Devon. I always cook black pudding by slicing it /(about ½") and banging it in the oven. Perfect with a fry up...... haven't had one of those for months now though.
Now that's a new one on me - and to be told by "a worzel" how to eat Black Puddin', you will be having it with scrumpy I expect? I will have to watch my back when I am out tomorrow .
On a serious note - it's got to be fried surely - with the bacon and eggs - oh no -10.00pm and I don't half fancy something to eat now.
