I had a PSA test which was high for my age I’m 59 and the reading was 4.45 so off I went for an MRI two weeks later, a couple or three weeks after that I’m in for a Biopsy ( hmm that was dignified !) I’ve met the surgeon he says it’s all systems go if the bone scan I had on the 30th March comes back clear so fingers crossed, tomorrow I’m booked in to meet the oncologist/radiation guy to see what he says… so that’s where I’m up to, I’m trying to be a bit Zen waiting for the bone scan results but …. It’s difficult .
No idea why the icons ended up on their side!

Brian, Scampidoodle,
Oh go on then, sign me up for two, Me and Tracey. We are trying though... But then again Tracey says that "I am trying" all the time!
I did lose 1/2 kilo last week, so is that the "Too Fat but lost 1/2 kilo Club"???
We are away in Clumber Park again for Easter, so that's loads more walking!! On a positive side, the walking IS starting to pay off. My stamina is starting to move again. It's been stuck on zero for over a year now.
Steve (SteveCam)
Hi Steve that's interesting. My stamina picked up after a year but my walking buddy says its now worse than it was before Christmas. Thing is I feel he is right! Feel like I'm back on Prostap!
Hope your fitness stays and doesn't drift away!
Regards
Stu
Thanks the pair of you (and Tracey). You are all in. I have noticed walking becoming harder - but only on hills. The issue is I live in the Pennine foot hills so where ever I go there's a hill! I have put my mind to it that after Easter I will change my lifestyle to try and lose this weight!

Hello you dieters suffering the ‘manopause’. It has just occurred to me - do you think you are feeling more tired and sluggish because of a very long, very dreary winter of enforced house confinement ( due to unappetising weather!). March with all its gloom, snow , rain and low temperatures brought no respite. Perhaps some better, drier, warmer weather will increase energy levels?
Hi Millibob
It's the hills that do it for me too. Can't compete with the Penines but there are more than enough in Dorset to knacker me out!
Regards
Stuart
