My experience is that I need to keep exercising to keep my weight down . Gained a stone recently which is a bit alarming
Get tired and find exercise helps after resting.
Getting thirsty now in the night so have a bottle of water handy..
Suffer from aches and pains in the legs for which I take voltarol.
