Hi all,
I am 2 years post prostatectomy, continent and am sexually active although there is a new normal that my wife and I have accepted. So I am fully aware particularly through this forum that I am a very lucky man.
However Prostate cancer has left a mark on me, and sometimes I do dwell on what could have happened and I start to go into a downward spiral.
One way of getting out this I have found is to listen to the podcast by John Holmes. He talks about cancer and injects humour into it. This helps me bring things back into perspective and get back on track.
If you have a spare minute or two I would really recommend listening to this.
Whether you are newly diagnosed, going through treatment or out the other side I really, really recommend you listen to this. It’s informative and will make you laugh.
Hopefully I can post the link below successfully.
