i recently started hormone therapy - the day after my first injection i got a stiff neck - still have symptoms for over a month - coincidence or a side effect?
Coincidence I’m sure.
I had Chemo earlier this year and very nearly everything that happed to my body was attributed to the chemo side effects. I however couldn’t agree.
Keep a journal of when and what happens and you’ll be glad you did when asked about the issues you’re having at a later date.
Are you taking anything for the stiffness?
I’ll be honest (with tongue in cheek) stiffness was the very thing I wanted after starting HT, but not in the neck.
Hello Daniel,
I'm with Mr U, I've not heard of anyone with this after starting HT, but if it's gone on for over a month I think it would be a good idea to consult your doctor to be sure it's nothing to be concerned about.
Derek.
