LH's blood results appeared on the NHS app today. PSA is down to 3.3 from 10.1 7 weeks ago and 57 originally which I am so relieved about! His liver function tests were ok too apart from ALT being just over normal range at 39 compared to 35, but it says no action required.
Thank you to all who responded to my melt down post on Friday. I appreciate it so much and it really did help! I suffer from and am medicated for anxiety but these situations do set me off again.
wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Hello Karen (Dogs4me )
Happy days, what a cracking result. Something to celebrate today even before Christmas. LH has only been on this journey now for 6 months but everything looks great and I hope you both can settle down to the "new normal".
I know there will always be "scan anxiety" but at the moment all is good.
Best wishes - Brian.

Hi Dogs4me - well, that’s really good news and you can expect that PSA to continue plummeting as all traces of testosterone are eliminated during hormone treatment. Hopefully contained in the gland, so once treatment is over the hormone therapy can be stopped and your LH can restore more normality to your lives. AW
