Hi. 18 months into HT and taking Tamsulosin daily. I find mysef going for a wee more frequently than I did a couple of years ago when I was diagnosed. I especially get more sudden urges to go as well. Is this usual?

I for one haven't noticed an increase in my "need to go" in fact in all honesty since my TURP operation 2.5 years ago it's been and improvement all the way, apart from a few issues during radiotherapy.
I think the "urgency" bit needs looking at - I would have a word with your oncology team and mention the changes - they may well ask your GP to have a look.
