We are often asked about whether we can do anything diet wise to help ourselves when diagnosed with prostate cancer. This has just arrived in my inbox and I think there are a few things which will make a difference. There is also a section on exercise and food.
Ooo yes that is quite high. Abiratereone is known for leaning towards side effects of the liver, where as Enzalutamide tends not to be used if you have underlying heart problems. Apparently... Maybe it's just not suiting him. It doesn't have to be Abiraterone though there's other similar drugs that he can side step to that may suit him better. How much Prednisolone is he having along side the Abiraterone? 10mg was the magic number for BW to keep his bloods levels good.
Hope you had a good chat at Maggies.
