Hello Litterlatters
A warm welcome to the Macmillan Online Prostate Community.
No - without a prostate it can't "come back" - it's possible that when he had his surgery some cancer cells were not removed - the prostate bed possibly?
His team are looking after him and if his PSA rises again the Radiotherapy should be able to kill of whats left for good.
If you follow this link there are some very interesting posts regarding the same issue-

Hi Brian, thank you so much for your reply, it's made me feel better.
The consultant said they will take further action (radiotherapy) if it reaches 0.2 (I think!) It's all like a foreign language to me!
