Has anyone used a radical cystoprostatectomy to attack the primary prostate cancer tumor?

In the language that most humans speak, a radical cysto ... y is the surgical removal of the bladder, the prostate, the adjacent lymph nodes, and the seminal vesicles. It is the traditional standard of care for bladder cancer that has penetrated the bladder wall and reached the muscle layer. I am considering it because I suspect I have neuroendocrine prostate cancer, therapies for which are only palliative, and their success is of short duration.
