I must recommend a Podcast I have been listening to on BBC Radio 4 on a Wednesday night or stream from BBC Sounds.
John Holmes is responsible for a great radio programme on radio 4 called the skewer. His new programme/podcast is all about getting blokes to acknowledge Cancer, talk about it and get checked at the Doctors.
John is a fellow Prostate Cancer member of the club and is interviewing various celebrities who have also been affected, not just with PC.
But the way he mixes comedy with the subject has brought me to tears whilst driving listening to it. Not just with the humour but the irony.
I have listened to the first 3 episodes 3 times and caught the 4th today in the car. I cant recommend it enough.
Listen to it and give yourself a laugh.
