We’ve bought an air con from John Lewis and it’s amazing!!! it’s slightly noisy, but that’s just the hot air being sucked into the unit and cold air blasting out. Anyone suffering from HT hot sweats it’s must, soooooo good! .

I am still a firm believer in Sage Tablets - probably because I am a Northerner and they are cheaper!

Thanks for the tip though - I must be lucky because 18 months down the HT route my hot sweats appear to be under control. I must admit I had never thought of Air Conditioning.
