This is for anyone who can't keep on the topic. It's hard not to stray, but if we have 'no specific topic ' we can't go off topic.
It is good just to be able to wander and talk about other things.
I could have named it 'Waffle'. Then I couldn't go off topic.
He has had two lots but is seeing the chief honcho next week. They have done their best to help but in the long run told him to it is up to him. He has been given lots of things he could do but he makes excuses not to do any exercise, however minimal due to his other health problems. He won't join any clubs or do any volunteering and just sits in his office gawking at the computer and television. Having run his own successful publishing business for years, since the business closed, he has gone into a downward spiral. Then top that with a diagnosis of pc and on HT, his mood swings are bad and unpredictable.
I still have breathing exercises when I think I will blow a fuse. It always seems to be with Tracey though. I do try my best, honest!!! I still have to try better though.
My mental state at the minute is very good, it's my physical side that lets me down, massively.

Hi Steve, the lunch time sessions are what we asked for so we wouldn’t get caught in morning and afternoon rush hour. To reach the hospital we have to cross the city - horrendous at busy times. Parking is also easier before afternoon visiting time!
Christies in Oldham give you free access to a gated car part for Radiotherapy patients - Happy days. I still go on the bus and leave the spaces for people who have to travel a distance.
Brian.

I am a Macmillan volunteer.
no gated road, no free parking, often queues to even get in the car park. Horrendous journey both ways. I am so grateful that one of our daughters has offered to share the driving! I think you go in the other direction, Gina?
