This is for anyone who can't keep on the topic. It's hard not to stray, but if we have 'no specific topic ' we can't go off topic.
It is good just to be able to wander and talk about other things.
I could have named it 'Waffle'. Then I couldn't go off topic.
Brian, he's only 16, we got him to bolster the academy.
In a few years, if they all come through, Newcastle will be unbeatable (well you know what I mean).
One of the funniest books I have read is Michael Palin (Diaries 1969 to 1979). All full of how Monty Python started). It took ages to read.
I should start reading books again.

Hi Steve
That's why I've not come across him. I do follow our youf team but not our academy players. I should take more interest.
I might have a look at that Michael Palin book. I read when I go to bed - it takes me a couple of months to read a book, on holiday I sometime finish one in a couple of days!

Same here Steve. I used to read about 6 books in a fortnight on holiday and after covid tried to read at home but either fell asleep trying to read or thought, there are jobs to do in the house, better get on with it. I loved my thriller fix on holiday. Going to Wells Next the Sea on Saturday and the girls and children arrive on Monday. No chance of reading then as I am head cook and bottle washer!!!
