Hi All
i have recurrent cancer and started Hormone Therapy 5 weeks ago with Radiotherapy to follow in January. My Gleason is 3+4 but with 20% positive Cribriform glands identified in 7 from 8 cores.
I note that Cribriform can be more reproductive or aggressive than other Gleason 4 types so wondered if anyone has experience of Cribriform and whether the cancer proved more prolific at later treatment stages or maybe on autopsy of prostate after radical prostatectomy- thanks
Steve
Thanks - sorry for silence against the kind replies but my wife was blue lighted to hospital this morning at 0430 with a suspected heart attack, so I've been up to my ears with ferrying clothes to her and keeping friends / family updated. There will be periods of radio silence, which are not meant to appear rude but I'm having to prioritize the situation (and keep the dog / cat fed)!
Hi Stave
I have read the Power of Now, Eat to beat disease, how to starve cancer and Longevity Diet books which helped me understand what can help me
Care Oncology doctor along with urology doctor are very happy with my bloods and approach which to date are giving positive results. I have my 3rd 3D MRI scan Jan 2023 so hopefully the Mediterranean food aligned with Asian will continue in my favour
best advice is when changing anything you do is get in the habit of recording so doctors have facts to work from
best wishes Dale
