I have met Ulls and John at my local Maggie's Prostate Cancer Support Group in Newcastle.

How's everything going with you and Richard?  No more falls?

Hope you are well.  You could do with a quiet spell.

Did Richard get put back on the Budesonide?  I am asking because I saw my "Camera Doctor" on Friday, he wants to put me through another Endoscopy to check something out.  Then if the results are right he is going to put me back on the Budesonide for 2 years.  Apparently there's scientific data now for using the Budesonide for 2 years at a time.

I start my "dealing with Mental health issues at work" course on 23rd December, then I have my counselling starting up again on 12th January.

It's not all doom and gloom, honest!!  Just so easy to really get "down", but unable to snap out of it, when I should.

Just starting a new diary (no:7), it was going to be called "Always look on the bright side of life" ( from the "Life of Brian" film), but at the last minute I called it "Help me if you can I'm feeling down" (it was Tina Turner's version that sprung to mind).

I do still have my sense of humour mind!!!
