Dry Orgasm

Difficult one this, but here we go. I cannot get my head around having a dry orgasm, I know it happens with the treatment/side effects of the drugs I am on/received (see profile) I am also aware of all the side effects of RT/HT on my libido (no desire whatsoever) my question is will I ever produce semen again once the HT stops. I realise that I will never be fertile again (not a problem) but the idea of having a dry orgasm for the rest of my sexual life is difficult to get my head around, dry orgasms just don’t do anything for me, will it ever get any better or is this what I have got to look forward to for the rest of my sexual life. Just a little bit of ejaculate/seminal fluid would be better the a dry orgasm.
PS. At my age probably not to long to go anyway lol.

I must admit does take a bit of getting used to. I finished RT 5 years ago so it started for me then.

I read that orgasms become more intense which I would go along with, so that is one plus You may find you do get a bit of fluid back but nothing like before, hopefully over time u will get used to it.

Hi John, I'm in the same boat as you, a dry organism is a pale mockery of the real thing, still as I'm giving 75 a push I must be thankful for small mercy's, we can only hope there is a brighter future.

I've never heard of a Dry Orgasm for men. I'm still waiting for the testosterone to get started again.

Suppose it's a case of wait and see. Whatever happens, I will have to get used to it.

I'm like you, can't get my head around it.
