Hi my 47 year old husband was diagnosed in November with advanced prostate cancer which had spread to various bones lymph nodes and tissues he was started on docitaxel injection and was told the only other treatments for him was apalutamide he was on this less than a week and had a bad reaction rash itching his whole body was covered it was stopped immediately and then 5 weeks later he tried again on a reduced dose has been on it less than a week and is really poorly nauseous not eating tired and extreme diahorrea I am so worried I don’t know if it’s the start of a decline as his Psa has gone up or it’s side effects of Apalutamide has anyone else experienced these side effects thanks
