Post Radical Prostatectomy and struggling with PTS

The specialist nurses with Macmillan are fabulous, you can contact them on 0808 808 0000.

The specialist nurses on Prostate Cancer UK are also fabulous, you can reach them on 0800 074 8383. I have used them when I was in despair after biochemical recurrence and they helped me reason things out as well as occasionally linking me up with someone with prostate cancer to speak to. 

You need to give more time Magoo, u only had surgery 3 months ago.

I did struggle for a long time mentally after my RT finished in 2017.

You could consider some counseling, it did help me to an extent.

Also, plenty of exercise .
