I am on Zoladex and Darolutamide and have not long been classed pre-diabetic with an HbA1c of 45 - I was close before the drugs but I have tripped over the edge now after nearly a year of Zoladex and seven months of Darolutamide.

My GP put me on a support programme for diet and weight loss called Liva through the NHS .  I have lost some weight and need another blood test in November to see how the HbA1c is doing. I have regular blood tests because of some of the other meds I am on ref High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol.

Increased blood sugar and fatigue are known side effects of this treatment. Macmillan have a fact sheet on this and I've attached a link to it below in case you haven't read it and want to have a look.

Hi again Krispy,thanks for replying. 

I hit rock bottom with fatigue,I was getting tired just walking to the bathroom. Even 1 pressure was too much.

Thanks excavator,I know I read somewhere that relugolix does bugger your sugar levels. I am so tired I struggle to do 1 pressup.

It's like the strong me is stuck in a weeds body.
