I’ve been on hormone for about 18 months, I experienced a tender right nipple with a swelling underneath, I received radiotherapy to the breast, breast bud radiotherapy, when you say you just had last hormone did you mean last or latest? It’s a month later and still tender but a lot less tender and also the swelling has decreased significantly. Be assured then contact your consultant when they are available next week. It’s important to have these things checked out
