Thanks to all members for the support. My Monicker of 'Unimportant' originally described how I felt at being moved from pillar to post over the last 14 months with nothing much happening, but the support I have received from this group has overturned my thoughts on the matter.
However, now is the time for me to retire gracefully from this forum because the subsequently diagnosed stomach cancer has proved to be terminal. I am awaiting a call from the CNS with my care plan which will include, a stent to allow me to eat and chemotherapy.
i shall continue to post on the stomach cancer group, but this is my last post on the prostate cancer group. Farewell and thanks again.
So sorry to hear that. All the best to you and hope things go as well as they can for both you and your family.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
