post-surgery catheter help

Hi. I had surgery on Wednesday. Now I'm leaking around the outside of the catheter, where it comes out of me. The amount varies but enough to feel damp some of the time.

Is this leaking normal? District Nurse came out for something else and to be fair I don't think she was sure. Can aybody who's been through this help? Thanks!

Hi Array, I hope you are recovering well. This is called bypassing and is normal especially when trying to do a number 2.

I experienced it when I had catheter in.
