Have just had the results of husbands whole body scan and they are clear. Yay, first bit of positive news we have had since we started on this journey.
Just waiting now for the referral on to Addenbrooks [wouldn't do it till the results of the scan were back] as our local hospital doesn't do any treatments. Hope the appointments don't take too long as the consultant here said he would like to think they will start whatever treatment root we go down to start by the middle of November.
Husband is leaning more towards surgery as his Gleason Score is so high, but they are setting up appointments with the surgeons, radiotherapists and oncologist.
Will update you as we know anything.
