I’m new here I have stage four prostate cancer . I’m taking female home shots every six months along with medication I developed a large belly do to the shots. How can I get rid of this belly?

A warm welcome to the Prostate Group on the Online Community although I am so sorry to find you joining us.
I have been on Hormone Therapy for almost 4 years and in that time I put on over 3.5 stone - so I know just where you are with this.
Although the best way to lose weight and control it is diet and exercise it we can't all do that. My oncologist agreed it was an issue and she prescribed Ozempic (the weight loss drug). I have been on this now for 9 months and have slowly managed to lose 2 stone so it does work.
I suggest you have a word with your oncology team and see if this is suitable for you.
