Had our latest scan results on Tuesday evening, as the second lot of chemo hasn’t worked. The bone mets are worse and very active and a rising PSA (now back up to over 200) but no spread to soft tissue or organs. Next treatment will be Lutetium 177. We have an online appointment with the nuclear medicine team on Monday evening to start asap. Has anyone else had any experience of this treatment? Mostly trying to gauge possible side effects etc. Our consultant is fairly confident that it shouldn’t be any worse than anything we have gone through before but I’m just curious to know about anyone else’s experience
