Well, PSA results are back and it's up again as expected, now at 3.80.
Further blood tests ordered to test my testosterone (I can tell them it's back without a test ) and liver and kidney function and a PSMA PET Scan is being ordered.
I will keep you all updated - I know now after 3.5 years why they call this a "journey"
Thank you all for your comments and good wishes and continued support across the entire Community.
Best wishes

Hi Brian
Not the news that you would want to hear, but then again from previous posts of yours it's also not that unexpected.
So, it's back on the treadmill of HT & more medical appointments for now whilst the professionals get to grips with things. I'm sure with a bit of creative diary management you will make sure that you get the next trip (or more likely trips) booked in to head off to the sun in Turkey. With the weight loss jabs you may even need to start buying some speedo's so you can look the part on the beach.
Sending best wishes to you & Lorraine.
Brian
So sorry to hear this news . Whilst you had , to some extent , anticipated it the reality is sobering
I’m glad that you feel that you have a plan and am able to approach it with your ((as ever ) positive attitude.
i have my moments but always bear in mind your approach and try to emulate it .
You are not alone and will get through this next challenge.

Hey Millibob
Wow 27.5, that is a bounce, I should think they hopefully have some good scan results though, could know exactly where it is with a bit of luck and where to target to crush it into submission. Will you have RT do you think? I know you have some excellent Linac"s where you are.
I really like your teams approach. It's like poking the bear out of the cave and then putting it back to sleep with the Bicalutamide. Obviously it's a stressful time, but you've always been in excellent hands and I'm looking forward to knowing what the plan of attack is.
The diet jabs, I have to say they are interesting, I've been using (Weygovy) for a couple of months ( low dose) and they are very clever. they take all the food "noise" away and enable you to really get control of over eating/emotional eating and all that comes with it. You wait, you'll be looking at a beer and a turkish kabab and thinking that you just can't be bothered to eat it. It will really make a big difference to the type 2 diabetes for sure.
Lots of hugs for you both.
Lorraine xx
Hi Brian (Millibob ), although no surprise it isn’t what either of you wanted but Que Sara Sara as your first post said. I do hope that the HT hits it hard, as you (like me) seem to respond well to it.
Best wishes, David
Please remember that I am not medically trained and the above are my personal views.
Just read back through these posts, and admiring your positive, can do mindset Brian. Whatever happens, you are mentally prepared - and we are all rooting for you and have your back
Thank you one and all for your comments, help and encouragement.
I had a day off yesterday - a long walk and plenty of fresh air and ran through all the "what if's" again. I am still good with everything I think my team are 100% right and I am already back on the Hormone Therapy.
Christies don't mess about and I have my Scan booked for Monday morning so everything is going to plan.
Thanks again for all your support - it means so much.
Kind Regards - Brian.
