i'm exactly the same diagnosis t3 n1 m1b gleason 9 (5+4) 

told by the urologist it is a very very aggressive cancer 

i have a high ki67 fraction of 90% , didn't really understand that till i googled it now to reply to you !!

that was 5 and half yrs ago so be positive and kick its arse !! 

there's also lots of stuff they won't let you mention on here too sadly !!!
