Well, that was quick. I chased the medical oncologist (Greek God) up this morning and he has had a pow wow with the radio oncologist, so I was told to speak to him as they both thought hubby was eligible for SBRT on the distant mets. Did this at lunchtime and was asked when we would like it done. Whenever we replied. Got a text at 17:30 to ask if we are available TOMORROW at 15:50 for the planning scan and can we take the PSMA PET scan disc. So all set for treatment starting next week. Having to sort out an apartment near the hospital for a couple of weeks as he predicts it will be 5 sessions on alternate week days.
Shh!!! You don't want to say that!

Good job you remembered the comma, or it would have read 'Hubby is parked with a drink problem.

Hi Worriedwife thank's for the heads up, I will sort out a bank card with a smaller limit for after i get married
Thought you might like to see the visitor in the 'holiday home'.

Is this the one we in the UK know as the Greek tortoise, sadly nothing like that round here, everything is disappearing except for deer, there are 5 species locally which is nice. though you don't want them on your garden. was at cancer hospital today and asked a radiographer "therapeutic" why a psychologist may be present and she had never come across it in 25 years. best wishes for you both tomorrow , let's hope round two is a little kinder.
Eddie
Yes Eddie, it was a Greek tortoise, possibly looking for a mate as it is the mating season. As we came up to Athens yesterday I noticed a new road sign just outside our village for wild boar which are beginning to become a problem. We also have golden eyed jackals, badgers, pine marten , hoopoe, collared doves, little owls, bats and buzzards. The only thing I don't like is the snakes.
I am wondering if the psychologist was there because of hubbys PTSD - the hospital offer a complete service to help people through the treatment.
Is that your holiday home?...with a tortoise's head sticking out?

Good evening to you AH, hubby and the tortoise.
Just want to say good luck for tomorrow and hopefully it will be easier.
Lots of love
