On Wednesday we see the consultant for results of pets scan, we already know the scores are 4+5, tb3, n1 m0. RT and chemo was previously mentioned by the urology doctor. I see you all talk about different names of medications and types of RT. Are some more effective than others and are there any I should really be pushing for . Thank you once again I know I am a pest

I would push for Abiraterone and the steroid Prednisolone. 5mg as a first line treatment .(Hormone suppressant) Certainly enquire about it . It is a really good drug and just available on the NHS too. It used to be about £3k and month, but it has now gone generic so is about £60 a month to use. So there’s no reason the NHS are not using it now.
