Hi I had prostate cancer 6 yers ago and after HDR (14days)
and the brachy my Psa went from 32 down to unreadable
however I have now started to experience night pees (1 or 2 per night) and what i can only describe as discomfort at the end of my penis on completion of urination as well as some urine left
I find I i have to go again about two minutes later for less than a dribble
I have no real urgency as yet
will this get worse or is this normal after brachy so long ago
