Getting in the way of keeping g fit are pains in my heels/ankles. Oncology think it is due to a spread onto pelvic area causes this but nothing has been fully explored. Last time I brought this up I was offered pregabalin but with no pain relief
It concerns me as I'm off sick from work and just spend my day lining down due to the pain. Ketamine and MSTs don't work either.
So has anyone got any bright ideas on how I keep fit without the use of my feet. I guess swimming is one thing but that's a 1/2 hour walk! Just can't win
Hi
I don't have any fitness tips for you but noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. Responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the page where it'll be more easily spotted.
One thought is do you have a CNS (cancer nurse specialist), sometimes known as a keyworker? If so you could have a chat with them as they may be able to come up with fitness tips for you or be able to refer you to a 'fitness person' within the hospital or community.
Take care
