My husband who was diagnosed with PC in November, has tolerated 3 cycles of chemo pretty well. So we thought that the chance to have SABR radiotherapy rather than the traditional kind would be a walk in the park. However he is having some tough side effects - have increased slow release morphine and started using breakthrough, oncologist says it should ease as the tumour is inflamed due to the radiotherapy. However it's been over 2 weeks and no improvement yet - wondered if anyone else out there had had SABR and if any advice on what to expect?
Hello larkrise
sorry to hear your husband is going through tough times. I have no experience of SABR , my treatment was chemo , but may I wish you all the best during difficult times for both of you
Best Wishes
Kevin
