Hi 3 years ago I had a borderline tumour removed and full hysterectomy with cervix and omentum removed tumour was stage 1c3 I had all the follow ups for 3 years however no scans , now 3 years on I started bleeding so called the oncology nurse who got me in to see they consultant the following day to cut a long story short I have just had 3 tumours removed all low grade carcinoma 1 attatched to my urethra which was very unexpected I was told I only have 1 kidney which was another shock which I had to have a stent put in I am now awaiting chemo , I’m sure if the follow ups and of included a few scans over the 3 years things might of been different has anybody else been through this x
Hi Kitana and a very warm welcome to the online community
I'm sorry to read that after 3 years clear it has now been found that you have several tumours and that you'll now need chemotherapy.
I had a different type of cancer so haven't been through this but noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. By responding to you it will 'bump' your post back to the top of the discussion list where hopefully it'll be spotted by someone who can share their experiences with you.
