Has anyone got any experience of taking Rucaparib. Most of what I have read looks pretty negative so far. I was diagnosed with 3c Ovarian cancer in September 2023. First line chemo treatment and debulking surgery seemed to be pretty successful but cancer returned after 6 months so had second course of 6 sessions of Caelyx chemo and CA125 bloods were recorded at 28 at the end of that. Have just started taking Rucaparib today so too early to tell how I will tolerate it. Jusr wondered if anyone is successfully taking it regularly and can put a positive slant on how they are doing. The side effects read as being many and varied so look rather daunting but then so do the side effects of paracetamol if you read them. Would appreciate any info to maybe cast a positive slant.
