I just don't feel hungry and feel so sick all the time my husband rightly says I have to eat but I don't feel like it!!
Oh, poor you . Of course, you know your husband is right, as you need to eat to stay strong - but it’s so hard to eat when you don’t feel like it.
If it helps, I was told fried food and cooking smells generally make the nausea worse, and ginger (including teas and biscuits) and orange lollies/ fizzy drinks can help - and if you can only manage little and often, try to go with high calorie options.

Yes the smell of anything fried makes my stomach lurch, I've been having smoothies in the morning so I'm getting some fruit inside me but just not hungry thank you again for your reply I really appreciate it x
I am currently being investigated but I am suffering with this as well the thought of food makes me actually heave and I love food. But even the weight loss isn’t helping I know I should eat but just don’t want it. One bonus is it’s made me give up smoking! 23 days today
