My husband is 58 years old and has never smoked. He has had exposure to asbestos in the 80s and 90s at work. In Feb a xray picked up a lung nodule and he was sent for a CT scan which confirmed this. He had another CT scan at the end of August to see if it had grown and was given a follow up appointment for the end of Oct. He got a call last week and they have bought his appointment forward to next week.
Does mesothelioma show up as a lung nodule?
