Subungual melanoma and unexplained bruising leukaemia?????

Hi. I noticed unexplained large bruising on my left thigh Saturday it’s quite yellow with red blood spots and also removing my nail polish on my toes i have noticed on big left toe that the nail bed is dark streaky brown. I have rang 111 today and my cancer nurse as the pharmacist suggested I did and they have got me a drs appointment with my own GP tomorrow. Has anyone else had anything like this as I have read the bruising could be a sign of leukaemia and the toe nail Subungual melanoma???? Am I just panicking????

Hi thank you. I had a phone call tonight from out of hours with my blood results from my emergency blood tests this morning and it’s shown my bloods not clotting correctly which they think could be connected to my melanoma. Have to go back for test repeating tomorrow and if still abnormal they’ll investigate further.

Hi Chalky1980. I was diagnosed with Melanoma I'm in June. Please see my profile. It's a very scary time want I g for scan and other results. I ha e trouble sleeping and we go g doe to anxiety. I was told on Monday it is on my lung g too. I am having g my 1st Oncology appt this Friday in Leeds a d am very nervous about what to expect. Hope all goes well for you. Keep in touch
