Been on pembro since January. Having every six weeks. Been doing ok but this month the fatigue is getting me down. Always feel tired. After breakfast feel like going to fall asleep. But now also started feeling sicky and too tired to even walk dog. What do you do when the fatigue hits.
Hi TTTTT
That's great to read that you've been doing okay on pembro but I can understand why you'd be feeling down trying to deal with fatigue.
I didn't have pembro but did suffer a bit with fatigue when I was being treated for a different type of cancer. I tried to get out everyday for a short walk and did find that helped. Whether it was the exercise or just being out in the fresh air but I steadily felt less fatigued.
Hopefully others who are on pembro will be along shortly with things they found helped but, in the meantime, you might find this article from Macmillan on tips to manage fatigue helpful.
