Just received notification from the hospital yesterday that my next op…SNLBP & WLE has been scheduled for the 6th September, had my consult on the 6th August & pre-op 10th August….and I was so upset…I wanted it to be next week….the waiting has seemed forever and I feel really selfish for saying that…I have turned it round and decided that I can use this time profitably….getting home sorted, freezer defrosted and restocked with easy meals etc, tidying garden and making my space comfortable for when I’m out of action for a few days…..I know it’s constant anticipation of the next step, the next result and I can see I’m not very good at this!
I’m anticipating how experienced and good you will be at waiting in 5 years time ! 
Im hoping that in 5years time all your follow up will be over.

Good to hear that you have a date for the WLE and SLNB IvysMum.
Waiting is always horrible but you sound like you've put the time to good use. When you've finished getting your home sorted you can come and do mine if you like

Housework and anything related is my least of all favourite tasks and I do everything I can to avoid it….so yes there’s plenty to do …..not sure I can ever promise to undertake extras….sorry latchbrook x
