Hi
has anyone been given specific advice regarding dosage for the above please?
thanks
When I was treated for melanoma I mentioned taking vitamin d supplements to my dermatologist. She said there was no need to take them unless a blood test showed I was deficient in vitamin d. I was tested by my GP and my levels were fine so I've never taken any. That was 9 years ago so I don't know if the guidance has changed since then.

Thank you. My consultant said 2000 iu
It seems advice varies. I was also advised to take a combined vitamin d3 k2
Could I ask when you received this advice? Mine was given last month
End of last year. K2 increases uptake of D3.
Thank you and I hope you are feeling better
Just this week started targeted therapy as my stage is 3a. Feeling low as not as much support locally for melanoma.
I understand and there’s so much differing advice online isn’t there
Take care
