Many thanks, Rose, for your observations and sorry to hear about the adverse liver reactions for your child. I followed your advice and phoned the Skin Cancer Specialist Nurses this afternoon. They checked my liver numbers via blood tests and, as they were at normal levels, they advised that I could carry on with my G&Ts as normal. But I have decided to add another alcohol free day and, also, to ensure that I abstain for 3/4 days before each treatment. I hope this will be sufficient to keep my liver numbers normal but if this changes then I will have to respond accordingly.
