I had my second follow up skin/lymph check appointment yesterday following WLEs in March. Thankfully no signs of melanoma recurrence but since my last check in June, another BCC has popped up on my back which will need to be excised, plus something on my scalp which they want to do a punch biopsy on. The dermatologist recommended I start taking Nicotinamide 500g twice a day as research suggests it helps prevent future BCCs and SCCs (this is my 5th BCC). Sharing in case others are also susceptible to them.

Great news that your check-up for melanoma was fine but I bet you were gutted that another BCC has shown up.
It's interesting that your dermatologist has recommended Nicotinamide and it'd be interesting to know if anyone else here is taking this supplement.
