Hi everyone. My mum was diagnosed in February with lung cancer. She underwent immunotherapy, but at the end of October we were told that it wasn’t working, and that she had only weeks to live. Everyone, including me, always think how perky she is. She quite tired, and barely eating so very thin.
my question is…how will I know that she is deteriorating significantly? She lives alone and I visit daily, and at the moment she seems fine… any advice or words of wisdom would be very much appreciated
Hi JoMcA
I am so sorry that you have cause to be on here.
My only advice is perhaps you could contact a local hospice to ask the questions you need to ask. I am sure they would be very accommodating to any questions/advice you need to help you and your Mum get through this,
Kegsy x
