I am starting treatment with a drug called Entrectinib in a few weeks time and would welcome any comments from others who may have had experience of this drug, thank you.
Hi Elgin city, sorry I do not have any experience with this drug, just bumping your post so it doesn’t get missed x
Hi Elgin, My husband has been on Entrectinib since May this year. He has ROS1 Lung cancer stage 4, it has been great and the last 2 scans his tumours have shrunk. The main side effects are loss of taste, the runs and he has had blurred vision at times. Otherwise it has been amazing and is generally feeling much better than he was in May, he is living his life as best he can. Good luck on your journey x
Thanks Traleetrish that is great news about your husband and has given me hope over my future, I truly hope that his condition continues to improve for him . I sincerely hope I can have the same benefits from Entrectinib, here's to the future for all who are affected by this devastating disease .x
Hi Elgin, There is also a ROS1 group on Facebook just type in ROS1 and you will find it x
