We lost our mum in the early hours of yesterday morning, this disease is horrific and I don’t ever think this is something I will get over. My mum was the biggest bravest fighter until the end, pretty appalled in the way she has been treated by most “professionals” she crossed paths with but I just thought I’d give an update to the people who gave well wishes and positive stories to help me get through these last 3 months.
I wish you all well on your journey and I hope you all come out of the other side.

Hi ManchesterLady88x I am so sorry to hear this news. That was very sudden for you, and it must be a shock.
If you would still like some support from the online community you can join the bereaved-family-and-friends-forum this may not be something you wish to do at the moment, but it is there for you if you need it. Also don't forget as well you can get support from calling 0808 808 00 00.
I am so sorry we had to meet under these awful circumstances. The love and support for your mum shone through in your posts, and I am terribly sorry for your loss. Take care xx
Hi ML
I am so sorry to hear your mum lost her fight with the big C. All I like to say is think of all thhe brilliant times you had with her and remember she may not be here in person but she will always be with you in your heart. It is hard to loose your mum as I bet she was always there for you in good and bad to times.
My heart goes out to you and wish you well for the future.

So sorry to hear of your loss, its never easy, but your lovley Mum is at peace and not suffering anymore. Remember the happy moments and don't dwell on the bad memories, which I'm sure are still quite raw, from reading your post. It's a journey none of us wish for ourselves or loved ones.
Sending hugs, and wish you well.
