Hi I have been desperately researching cancer treatments and can across Joe Tippens blog and his use of fenbendazole. Has anyone considered this or any thoughts on this at all. My mum has a six cm tumour in her lung and it has spread to the adrenal, she has 2 months without treatment or a year plus if treatment works.

Please don't believe what you read on non cancer sites on the internet. There are many that will 'sell' you something to people desperate for a 'cure'.

If it is not recommended by your own oncologist, my advice would be do not touch it. At least ask her oncologist.

I knew I had heard of Fenbendazole before. Do you know where I have heard it before?.. It's a horse wormer!!! Please do not get this for your Mum, you could really damage her.

    Hi

have you read joe tibbens blog? There’s also a lot of published medical research suggesting the use of fenbendazole. I will ask her oncologist though. When you’re desperate and feel you have nothing to lose Cry

No I haven't and I wouldn't. If it's been trialled and safe they would offer it as a treatment. If it's not on offer it is not trialled, not proven and not safe.

Unfortunately, that is what these 'seller's are after. Making money out of desperate people's misfortune. The world can be quite sick, profiteering out of people's misery.

I would advise researching for yourself as much as possible as I am doing. No one should influence your decision either for or against. All the best to you

  • Hi Muz

The problem with re-opening historical threads, especially on a cancer site, is that there is a risk that those who initially took part may no longer be with us. This is very sadly the case with this thread.

In the future, please think twice before re-opening older threads,

    Thanks

I have stage 4 cancer myself and have 12 months. I wrote something in response to the lady wanting some help in making a decision. I obliged to help as I am going through a lot myself only for it to be removed.

  • Hi Muz, welcome to the group, but sorry to hear of your cancer diagnoses.
Unfortunately, the person who started this thread, has not been around on the online community since June of last year, so she probably will not see your reply.

You can always start a thread yourself, there is a + or New button, depending on the device you are using, on the top right side of the page.

  • Hi BeautifulMorning

The message below is a 'cut & paste' from earlier in this thread but is still very relevant. The person I believe your annoyance is aimed at, sadly lost her life to lung cancer..  Had you read the thread before posting, you would have been aware of this.
