Hello everyone; i am normally on the Womb Cancer group as i have stage 1b grade 1 womb cancer. I have a long term random cough so my gynae team ordered a lung CT scan ahead of my radical hysterectomy in early sept. That came back with multiple lung nodules; a CT guided biopsy of one was inconclusive but nothing had much grown it seems in 6 weeks. Quite a lot of debate and disagreement between depts as to what is going on as lung mets with womb stage 1b is incredibly rare, so could be primary (higher odds) or nothing much at all. Problem is the rest of my womb cancer treatment is delayed until this is resolved as the treatment paths would be different. I will time out on the usefulness of doing internal radiotherapy at beginning of January.
Now scheduled for a wedge resection in next few weeks. Looking for experience of recovery from that please?
